Important: What to Know Before You Claim
Already have your own member domain and want to claim your firm domain or vice versa? Login to your existing account, click "Account" and add the other Affiliation type. Once validated, click “Search and Claim” and make sure you are on the right tab (Member, Firm or Board!)
Who is eligible to claim .REALTOR office domains?
The active Office’s Designated REALTOR® as listed in NRDS for NAR, NAF for CREA, may claim domains on behalf of firms.
To get your firm domainsm, go to www.claim.REALTOR. You will need to provide the following information if claiming for the first time:
- Member ID of the Office Designated REALTOR®
- Office ID (Don’t know your Office ID? Click here to lookup)
- Credit card
- List of domain name ideas

How do I determine the name under which my firm provides real estate services to clients and consumers?
“Firm name” means the local name by which a member’s real estate business is distinguished from other firms by the Member Board, public, and state licensing authority. It is the name under which you provide real estate services to clients and consumers and should be the name reflected in your NRDS account.
